Two storeys and attic. 3 windows, 1 gabled dormer at right hand end.
Probably a C17 or early C18 house, much altered. Stone ashlar front with
remains of weather-moulded with label. New casements and doorway. Roof
has new slates at front, modern plaintiles at back, At the rear is a long
wing terminating in outhouses. One old stone mullioned window.

Nos 1 to 13 (odd) and Garden Wall to No 13 form a group with Nos 14 and
16 Bell Street.
