Post 1731. Similar 3-storey 3 window front, similar cornice. Later Georgian
sash windows with triple keystones. A dormer with flanking scrolls may not
be original, Modern plate glass shop front and stall riser within early to
mid-cl9 casing with fluted pilasters. C18 fireplaces; upper flights oiginal
stairs (see R C H M).

All the listed buildings in Market Place, and Nos 59 to 73 (odd) East Street,
Conyers Filling Station, Nos 1 to 7 (odd), Nos 2 to 8 (even) and No 12 West
Street, and Church of St Peter and St Paul form a group; and Nos 1 to 7 (odd)
form a group with Nos 1 and 3 Salisbury Road.
