Late c19. High elevation. 3 storeys. 4 windows Front of stone ashlar,
Each bay flanked by rusticated stone pilasters; giant order to lst and 2nd floors.
Modillion eaves cornice with dentil bed mould; blocking course. Stringcourses;
frieze and cornice above ground floor. Windows in reveals; moulded archivolts
recessed panels above lst floor windows; no glazing bars. Tall round-headed
windows on ground floor with round-headed doorway of similar height at left hand
end; keystones and panelled spandrels. 8 fielded panelled door with semi-circular
fanlight.

All the listed buildings in Market Place, and Nos 59 to 73 (odd) East Street,
Conyer's Filling Station, Nos 1 to 7 (odd), Nos 2 to 8 (even) and No 12 West
Street, and Church of St Peter and St Paul form a group.
