C18; post-1731, This lies behind No 12 and is approached by an entry between
No 12 and the Bank. 9-storey and attic. 5-window painted brick front. Brick
dentil eaves cornice. Sash windows, some with original glazing bars. Ground
floor has a Venetian window, probably later C18 and a modern square bay. Good
doorcase with segmental hood supported on foliated console brackets. Semi-circular
fanlight. Narrow enriched pilasters. 2 dormers.

All the listed buildings in Market Place, and Nos 59 to 73 (odd) East Street,
Conyer's Filling Station, Nos 1 to 7 (odd), Nos 2 to 8 (even) and No 12 West
Street, and Church of St Peter and St Paul form a group.
