Early to mid C18.
Detached house with 2-storey 5-window front, purple brick with red brick dressings.
Moulded eaves cornice. Dormers. Sash windows with flush frames, triple keystones.
Doorway has fluted Tuscan pilasters and segmental pedimented hood on carved
and foliated brackets.
Contemporary staircase with panelling to dado level above wall string. Northern
room on ground floor has fielded panelling to ceiling; fireplace with panelled
overmantel and scrolled check pieces; fireplace surround with eared archivolt,
pulvinated bay leaf frieze, cornice with egg-and- dart bed-mould. Plaster ceiling,

Coupar House, Walls, Railings and Stables, Limetree House and Nos 2, 3, 5 and
7 form a group.
