No 40:- circa I83O. 2-storey 5-window stucco front. Mansard roof with dormers.
Parapet. Panels above 1st floor sash windows. Round-headed doorway with glazed
door and semi-circular fanlight. Moulded archivolt with panelled blocks at
impost level. Double wooden boarded doors at left hand end. Factory behind
No 40: late C18 to C19. Wide northern front. Alternate courses of flint and
brick. Tiled roof.
