Cottage, C17. White-washed coursed rubble with stone-slate roof. 3 bays.
Ground floor has six light rectangular bay shop front (probably early C19) with
cove over. Cove extends right to form hood to door. Upper floor has central
2-light mullioned window with ovolo moulded mullions. Either side are 3-light
plain mullioned windows. Leaded-lights, wooden lintels. Wide front door of
studded planks. End stone stack. "RCHM, Dorset, Vol III", HMSO, 1970, p251,
