Pair of cottages, late C18. Colour-washed rubble walls, thatched, gable
ended roof with brick stacks to gable ends. Single-storey and attic, 3
window range. 2 and 3-light casement windows with horizontal glazing bars.
Eyebrow dormers with wooden wall plate below. Ground floor openings under
segmental brick arches. Plank doors are probably original. "RCHM Dorset III
p 93, no 11.
