Cottage, mid C18. Coursed rubble with ashlar dressings, Tiled gable-ended roof
with partial stone-slate verge and end brick stacks. 2 storeys, 3 window range.
Ground floor has 2 C20 casements with horizontal glazing bars under wooden lintels.
Above are 2 C18, 2-light, leaded light windows, each of a different size flanking
a central single light casement with horizontal glazing bars. Former quoins near
centre of facade indicates a rebuilding at some time. "RCHM, Dorset, Vol III, p 140,
no 7.
