GV II*

House, early to mid C18. Ashlar with slate, gable-ended roofs with
end brick stacks. Symmetrical. 2 storeys and attic, 5 bay. Sashes
with glazing-bars and architraves with keystones. Plat band.
Coved eaves cornice. Doorway has architrave, keystone and broken
segmental pediment on consoles. Double, fielded panel door.
Internal features (RCHM): stair balustrade in form of Tuscan
columns but with newel posts of 3 conjoined vase-shaped balusters;
ground floor room with two stages of fielded, bolection-moulded
panelling. Front garden walls of brick.
