Cottage, probably C17 with western addition probably early C18. Rubble with thatched roof, gabled right and hipped left. Extension in brick. One and a half storeys, irregular fenestration. Casements with horizontal glazing bars.

Internal features (RCHM): chamfered beam with ogee stops.
