ST 91 NW ASHMORE VILLAGE POND

11/24 Acorn Cottage

GV II

Cottage, mid C19. Banded flint and brick with brick quoins. Gabled
slate roof with end brick stack right. 2 storeys, 2-window range.
Upper floor and ground floor right have 2-light casements with glazing
bars. Ground floor right window has brick soldier course, ground floor
left has wooden lintel and upper floor has segmental brick heads.
Gabled part-glazed porch with part glazed door. Dormers and porch have
moulded barge boards. Included for group value.
