6/68 The White House

GV II

House, early to mid C19. Stucco with hipped slate roof and brick stacks
to ends and part way along ridge. Cross-wing left. Pilaster strips
every second bay. 2 storeys, 5 window range. Sashes with glazing bars.
Panelled door with rectangular fanlight at junction of main range and
cross wing. Flat porch on Ionic columns. (possibly a C20 addition).
Similar porch to right end wall with glazed, double doors.
