ST 8026 GILLINGHAM BARNABY MEAD

12/109 Mill House

GV II

House, late C18 with late C19 flanking extensions. Coursed rubble
with tiled roof. Left extension is half-hipped. Brick stacks to ends
of original range. 2 storeys, 2 windows-range (to original house).
West facade has 12-pane sashes to the upper floor. Ground floor right
has a double 12-pane sash. Central C20, part-glazed door. Ground
floor openings have wooden lintels. The C19 extensions have 9-pane
sashes and brick dressings.
