8/177 Writh Farmhouse

Farmhouse, mid C19. Coursed, squared rubble. Gable-ended slate roofs,
with stone copings and end ashlar stacks. L-plan. In a 'Tudor' style.
2 storeys, 3 window range. 2-light stone-mullioned windows with leaded
lights. North wing has wooden casements with glazing bars. Entrance
in re-entrant angle. There is a continuous, long outbuilding range to
the north with a half-hipped, tiled roof. Plank door right.
