Corn mill, early C19. Coursed rubble with ashlar and brick dressings. Slate roof, half-hipped to the left. Two storeys with irregular fenestration. Two and three light casements, some with full glazing bars, some with horizontal glazing bars and some with leaded-lights. Three segmentally headed openings to the left of the range, the outermost of which is enclosed. Plank ground and first-floor doors to the second bay from right. External cast-iron overshot waterwheel to right and wall inscribed 'E S Hindley 1875 Bourton Dorset'. Internally the machinery including two pairs of millstones is complete.
