This listing is nonsense ! They have confused two separate buildings, each of which is or was split into two.

Bay Tree Cottage and Rectory Cottage have been combined into one dwelling now called Bay Tree House. The building was at one time the village school, and is Georgian, rendered under a slate roof.

Monk's Yard and its Cottage are thatched, etc.

The Cross is some distance away, and has NOTHING to do with this property !
