House, C18 (RCHM). Flemish bond brickwork with flared headers, clunch and
mathematical tiles. Slate roofs with end brick stacks, 2 parallel ranges.
Symmetrical. 2 storeys and cellar, 3 bays. Openings with flat, rubbed brick
arches. Central 6-panel door with fanlight over. South wall has stone
inscribed 'WTDT Esq. 1841' (RCHM). (RCHM, Dorset, vol. III, p 80/1, no. 6.)
