ST 80 SE LITTLETON

7/2 Littleton House

14-7-55 II

House, now divided into 3 dwellings, late C18 of more than one build. Colour-washed,
Flemish bond brick with chamfered plinth and cornice with alterating fluting and
paterae. Hipped, tiled roof with brick stacks part-way along the ridge. Symmetrical.
2 storeys with attics and basements. 9 window range. 12-pane sashes with ellipitcal
heads in gauged brick with keystones and impost blocks. Central doorway with moulded
architrave bearing keystones and impost blocks. Door of 6-vertical panels reached up a
flight of stone steps. Ellipitcal fanlight Flat porch on Ionic columns and pilasters.
Left gable has 2 large round-headed windows.
