Detached house, formerly 2 cottages. Probably mid C18. Walls of flint and brick
banding, thatched roof, brick end stacks. 2 storeys and attic (dormers on rear
elevation only). Ledged door in gabled tiled porch. Ground and first floors each
have 3 casements with glazing bars - one ground floor window replacing a former
door. Main ground floor room has large open fireplace with timber lintel. Some
exposed chamfered ceiling beams.
