II

Detached house. Early C19. Roughcast walls, low-pitched slate roof, brick end
stacks. In Regency style. 2 storeys. Slightly projecting plaster quoins, and
pilasters on front wall. Central 6-panel door with semi-circular fanlight with
radiating glazing; flanked by Tuscan pilasters supporting a slightly projecting
moulded canopy. Ground floor has 2 sash windows with glazing bars. 3 similar
windows on first floor. RCHM unnumbered (Dorset. Vol.III, p.l78)
