Detached house, former farmhouse. Possibly built with materials from the
demolished Milborne House, (RCHM). Date stone over front door - TB1804.
Front wall of flint and stone banding with brick dressings - other walls mainly
plastered cob. Thatched roof; brick end stacks. 2 storeys and attic. L-shaped
plan. Central 6-panel door with reeded architrave. (C20 renewal). Ground
floor has 2 segmental-headed casement windows with glazing bars. First floor
has 3 similar windows.

Short rear wing in matching construction, with single-storey slate-roofed
extension - probably former outbuildings. Also rear lean-to under thatched
catslide roof.
