Pair of cottages, now one house. Circa early to mid C18; altered C20. Cob on flint and brick plinth.
Thatched roof with half-hipped ends. Brick stack at left gable end of each house.
PLAN: Pair of 2-room plan cottages, now one house. Long range at right angles to road.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and 1 storey and attic. Asymmetrical 5-window SE front. 2,3 and 4-light casements with small panes. Glazed door on left, plank doors at centre and right. 2 small windows at rear. INTERIOR: Chamfered ceiling beams with run-out stops. Right-hand room has brick fireplace with chamfered timber bressumer with run-out stops. C18 2-panet and plank doors. Tenoned purlin roof structure.
