Building with late Cl8 to C19 front. 2 storeys. 3 window bays. Slate roof
with hip to left hand. Roughcast front. Sash windows with glazing bars on 1st
floor. Doorway with fluted archivolt, frieze, cornice and flat hood over; modern
half-glazed door. Shop fronts with curving windows to either side of doorway.

Bell Cliff Retaining Wall and Railings and Nos 4 to 10 (consec) & 10A Broad Street
form a group.
