Cornhill House.
Including front garden railings and wing to north-east down Cornhill.

C18 to early C19. 2-storey stone house with entrance to Acreman Street
and 3-window stone rubble front facing down Cornhill. Upper and lower
windows 3 panes wide, lower windows also with an extra half pane to either
end. Small triangular front garden with iron railings and gate; uprights
to both railings and gate with spear-headed finials. Standards with urn
finials. At north-east end of Cornhill front, a lower 2-storey wing connects
Cornhill House with Kitt Hill House [See Cornhill, West Side]. The part
in ownership of Cornhill House is of 2 window bays. Sash windows with
glazing bars above. On ground floor, segmental headed carriage entrance;
modern ledged doors, Stone rubble walls, Slate gabled roof.

Digby Estate Nos 121 and 122, Cornhill House, and front garden railings
and wing to north-east form a group with Kitt Hill House including garden
walls and railings, Cornhill.
