Building of late C19 to early C20 date which incorporates an C18 rear wing.
3 storey 1 window bay front to Cheap Street. Ashlar. End pilasters;
coped gable flanked by ball finials above pilasters. 3 light sash windows
on 1st and 2nd floors, each light divided by pilasters; entablature over
windows. Cornice above 2nd floor windows extends across front as far as
end pilasters. Shop front with moulded cornice. Rear wing has 2 C18 rooms,
on ground and 1st floors; ground floor room has C18 panelling and a fine
plaster ceiling with circular panels depicting springs summer, autumn and
winter.

Nos 73 to 85 (odd) form a group.
