Late C18 to early to mid C19 2-storey, 4 window bay stone front. Slate
gabled roof. Stone eaves cornice. 1st floor has sash windows with stone
architraves. No 22 has pedimented doorcase with moulded pilasters and
angle roundels, flushpanelled reveals and rectangular fanlight; door has
been replaced by a small shop window behind. Contemporary bowed 2-light
sash window to ground floor with cornice and pilasters similar to those
of doorway. No 24 has had a C19 shop front remodelled; house door at right
hand end; steps lead up to 6-panelled door in flush-panelled reveals.

Nos 2 to 30 (even) and Nos 34 to 50 (even) form a group.
