3 storey brick front in Georgian style, late C18 to early to mid C19.
3 window bays. Slate roof. 3 4-panes wide sash windows to 2nd floor;
2 4-panes wide and 1 3-panes wide sash windows to lst floor. Modern ground
floor of ashlar; 2 splayed windows; central doorway and doorway to left
hand end. Inn sign of crossed keys on good wrought iron bracket.

No 88, The Conduit, No 90, Saints John Building form a group with Bow House,
The Cemetery Gate, The Abbey Gate House, No 2 including premises occupied
by Gilham Bros, No 3 including premises occupied by Gilham Bros, Church
Lane.
