C19. East wall said to incorporate a section of the medieval precinct
wall to the monastery which abutted on to the Cemetery Gate. Stone 2 window
front of 2 storeys and attic to Church Lane. Tiled roof and stone stack.
Stone mullioned windows. Gables to attic windows. Tudor-style doorway
with cambered head. In the middle of an important group.

Bow House, The Cemetery Gate, The Abbey Gate House, No 2 including premises
occupied by Gilham Bros, No 3 including premises occupied by Gilham Bros
form a group with No 88, The Conduit, No 90 and Saints John Building (The
Parade), Cheap Street.
