2-storey, 6 window C18 front, modern pebble dash finish. Plaintile gabled
roof; stone coping and moulded kneelers to gable ends. 4 dormers with
segmental heads. Sash windows with glazing bars. Projecting porch has
Tuscan columns, entablature and blocking course; panelled reveals; 6-panelled
door with top 2 panels cut away and glazed. Lower 2-storey wing to left
hand connects Cornhill House and Kitt Hill House. Slate gabled roof.
Stone rubble. 1 sash window with glazing bars above; modern garage entry
below [See Cornhill House under Acreman Street).
Small front garden above road level has stone dwarf wall with ashlar wing.
Late C18 to C19 railings; railings have uprights with spear-shaped finials;
square standards with urn finials at intervals. Wall and railings continue
round north corner and return westward up Kitt Hill. From a point opposite
west end of Kitt Hill House, a high garden wall of stone rubble continues
westward up Kitt Hill.

Kitt Hill House including garden walls and railings forms a group with
Cornhill House, including front garden railings and wing to north east
and Digby Estate Nos 121 and 122 Acreman Street.
