Two 3-storey 3 window red brick fronts. Frontage has obtuse angle band
in centre. Late C18 or early C19. Sash windows, one to right hand on
ground floor of Cumnor House being 3-light. Keystones. Each house has
segmental bow to first floor with 3-light sash window, in centre of right
hand house and at left hand end of Cumnor House. Cumnor House has round-
headed doorway in plain reveal, keystone, fanlight. Adjoining house has
altered doorway also carriage entrance on right hand with segmental arch;
lower stone rubble wing to rear. Interconnecting passages.

The listed buildings on the South Side of The Green form a group with No
2 (The White Hart Public House) Cheap Street.
