Probably an C18 house with altered front. 3 window painted brick front,
2 storeys and attics. Plaintile roof with stone slates at eaves, 3 hipped
dormers. Sash (below) and casement window (below) without glazing bars
are set in openings with segmental heads. Round-headed doorway set in
segmental headed opening; keystone. Fanlight.

All the listed buildings on the North Side of Greenhill from Newell Cottage
to Belmont: and on the South Side from Delta to premises occupied by Godden
and Curtis form a group.
