C18 or earlier, altered. 2 storey, 2 window roughcast front with doorway.
Slate gabled roof, capped parapet, quoined pilasters. 3-light casements
with small panes; keystones. Later splayed bay window to left hand on
ground floor. Doorway with frame; plain door reveal.

All the listed buildings on the North Side of Greenhill from Newell Cottage
to Belmont: and on the South Side from Delta to premises occupied by Godden
and Curtis form a group.
