3 storey, 4-window stone front. Slate gabled roof; brick flanking stacks.
The detail is early C19; the two lower storeys may be of earlier origin.
These have casement windows with stone architraves each having a cast iron
support in the centre. Sash windows to second floor. Doorway has stone
architrave panelled reveals and 6-panelled door.

All the listed buildings on the North Side of Greenhill from Newell Cottage
to Belmont: and on the South Side from Delta to premises occupied by Godden
and Curtis form a group.
