T-shaped stone rubble house on corner of North Road. C19 front to earlier core. Two storeys. Widely spaced three bay rendered front to Newland; ashlar plinth. Slate roof. Sash windows in reveals; no glazing bars. Two-light wood casement with small panes above at right hand end. To right hand end also is stone doorway with Tuscan pilasters, paterae above and pediment. Six-panelled door with upper four4-panels glazed.

No 31 Newland and east range, Sherborne House, Front and rear garden walls of Sherborne House, No 41, The Manor House, three cottages next to The Manor House, two cottages adjoining, Nos 57 to 93 (odd) and north-east boundary wall to Newland Close form a group.
