C17 origin; front later built outwards; slots for plank and muntin panelling
remain; fireplace. 2 storeys, 2 windows. Plaintile roof built out, curving
at verge. Colourwashed rendered front, C19 probably sash windows without
glazing bars. To left hand, modern Georgian style door with glazing bars.
Ledged door before passageway to right hand.

Nos 60 to 68 (even) form a group with Nos 2 to 4 (consec) and wall and
gate piers to west of No 2 Newland Gardens.
