This comprises the range attached to the north-east end of Duck House.
one wing with extension. North wing of late medieval origin with roof
timbers dating from this period. North wing slightly higher and projecting
slightly forward. 2 storeys. 2 window bays. Stone slate roof with coping.
Parapet. Rendered front. Sash windows above; 2-light casements with small
panes below. Lean-to addition incorporating present entrance to house
at south end. Southern wing of 2 storeys, 3 window bays. Plaintile roof
with stone coping. Stone front. Wall and door to south of house.

Nos 1 to 8 (consec), Duck House including garden wall and railings, Gainsborough
House including Dwarf wall, railings and gate, outbuilding to south of
Gainsborough House, gate piers to the Old Bidewell, The Antique Shop, Lodbourne
Hall, Ye Olde Cottage including garden walls and railings form a group.
