Building with 2 storey stone rubble front; probably C17 origin. Roof of
plaintiles and stone slates. 4 metal framed casements above. On ground
floor, from right hand to left hand, 3-light, 2-tier fixed window; modern
doorway with small rectangular fanlight and lintel; sash window 3 panes
wide; doorway with with moulded pilasters, angle roundels, triangular pediment
and 6-panelled door with top 2 panels cut away and glazed. To left hand
again, good shop front, circa 1830-40, with moulded pilasters, angle roundels
and hood on row of shaped brackets.

Digby Estate No 169 with premises occupied by P J Stainer to right hand,
Trendle Cottage including front garden wall, Outhouse range adjoining Trendle
Cottage on east side including premises occupied by E Brake, premises occupied
by R W Hyde and Digby Estate No 168 form a group with premises occupied
by A and W Prout and Nos 4 and 6, Westbury.
