3 storeys. Moulded eaves cornice and parapet. 6 ranges of sashes with glazing
bars Good contemporary shopfronts, with entablature on elaborate brackets, and
early plate glass windows.
The Municipal Buildings and Nos 28 to 33 (consec) form a group.
