Cl8, possibly earlier. Coursed Ridgeway rubble, partly colour-washed. Hipped
pantile roof. Modern doors and louvres on south side.
All the listed buildings on the east side of Kings Road form a group with Fordington
House and the farm buildings in Athelstan Road.
