Early C19. Portland or Ridgeway rubble. Red brick dressings. Hipped slate
roof. West elevation has 1 barn door, 1 loading door and 3 ventilation slits.
All the listed buildings on the east side of Kings Road form a group with Fordington
House and the farm buildings in Athelstan Road.
