1937. architect C W Pike. Stucco. 2 storeys. Parapet to roof. 2 ranges
of iron casements. Doorway in recessed polygonal bay: half-glazed door with
contemporary door handle and bell-push. 1 window above to balcony which fills
bay and is taken forward to form porch on 2 brick piers. Canted ends with 1
range of similar casements. Rear is pointed in plan, and has various iron
casements and similar door to front.
