Early or mid C19. Ashlar. Half-hipped slate roof. Eaves cornice. Centre
of front breaks forward. Sashes, those to ground floor being 3-light. Doors
with semi-circular fanlights, reeded imposts and transoms. Pedimented dormers.
Massive central red brick stack.

Nos 17 and 19 form a group with Rax, Garden wall to Rax, The Grove, Garden wall to The
Grove, No 32 and its outhouses, Gatehouse of No 32 and its wall. Outhouses to the
South of Wykes Court Garden, Nos 13, 15, 19 and 31 Rax Lane and with Wykes Court.
Its garden wall. Conservative Club and former stables south of Conservative Club.
