Detached house, formerly called Applegarth. Mid C18. Stone walls,
rendered. Slate roof with gable ends. Stone gable copings. Rendered
brick stacks at left and right hand gables. 2 storeys. 3 windows,
wooden sashes without glazing bars. C18 front door to house with flush-
panelling and 2 lights over. C20 porch with tall glazed wooden double-
doors and pitched asbestos slate roof. Included for group value.
