NORTH SIDE

8/22 Charmouth Lodge

G.V. II

Single house, c 1830. Stone walls, stuccoed. Asbestos slate roof, hipped
at both ends. 2 rendered stacks to left and right (on ridge) in from the
hip apexes. 2 storeys. 4 windows, ground floor with tall French windows
with glazing bars, set in slightly recessed bays with segmental heads over.
First floor, sashes, with glazing bars. One bay extension at left hand under
a low hipped roof.
