GV II

Farmhouse, late C18. Rendered, colourwashed. Hipped slate roof with
rendered stacks to rear. 2 storeys and attic, 3 window range. Sashes
with glazing bars, central C19 porch. Hipped dormers. Internally the
staircase has fluted newel posts, turned balusters and a moulded hand-
rail terminating in a scrolled knob with leaf enrichment. (RCHM).
