Pair of cottages, mid C19. Rubble walls with ashlar dressings. Gable-
ended slate roofs. Rendered octagonal stack to the left and a recent
brick replacement right. Symmetrical facade. One and a half storeys,
4 window range. Outer bays have 3-light casements with diamond pane
leaded-lights. The upper floor central has similar 6-light window with
a returned label. Ground-floor central has a recessed porch containing
4-light stone mullioned windows with diamond-pane cast-iron lights.
There is a central ashlar supporting pier and the whole porch has a
returned label. Plain wooden doors. To the south is a pump housed
in a wooden casing with ball finial.
