ST 40 SE BROADWINDSOR

5/9 Baker's Mill Farmhouse

Detached farmhouse. c. Early Cl7. Rubble-stone walls. Thatch roof
with stone gable-coping at right hand. Brick stacks at left and right
hand gables, l½ storeys, c.4 windows, 3- and 4-light wooden casements
with iron and lead lights, 4-light stone mullion at right hand.
Separate label over. One segmental brick arch window left of this.
Door, left of centre, flush-panelled, Cl9. Thatch porch canopy over,
carried on 2 wooden posts. Left hand end with patent tile roof and
plank door to former service-room.
