Detached Farmhouse and adjoining coach-house. Early C19. East
elevation, fine ashlar stone wall on an ashlar plinth. Slate roof
with stone gable-copings. One brick stack at left hand, one stone
stack at right hand. 2 storeys. 3 windows, sashes with thin
glazing-bars. Stone cills. Front doorway at centre, round-headed
with a roll-moulded edge to jamb. Door, 6-panelled, 2 flush, 4
recess-ribbed. Segmental fanlight over with glazing bars. Blue
lias stone steps. Side and rear walls of house are on a client base.
Attached coach-house to north. Rubble stone walls. Slate roof with
stone gable-coping. Plank door on rear wall. Gable-end has C20
carriage-doors. Interior: kitchen: elliptical-headed panelled
cupboards beside the fireplace. Window-shutters with ribbed panelling.
Fireplace with reeded pilasters and panelled mantelshelf.
