Villa, now Guest House. Cl7 and c.1830. South range. Stone walls, stuccoed.
Slate roofs with projecting boxed eaves. 2 rendered stacks on east and west
eaves. 2 storeys. 3 windows, 2-light French windows with marginal glazings
and top-lights over. Trelliswork verandah with flared pentice glass roof.
Upper floor has continuous ironwork balcony with semi-circular divisions.
Wooden flared canopy over with glass-panels in it over windows. Rear (north)
windows with mullion-windows (ovolos), 3 of 3-light and one of 4-lights, possibly
heightened in C19. Continuous label over. Front door, east elevation.
